The location was secluded, really close to the vineyards, rural France and Saint-Emilion.
Actually, Wi-Fi was kind of slow and our bed was small.

Charming small accommodation with perfect setting close enough to the top 18 vineyards in the Bordeaux area, Bordeaux and restaurants. Triple room with wonderful views. Central heating, flat-screen television, and a DVD player in the room. The staff - very caring and attentive. Honestly no complaint.

This small B&B nestled in the sprawling vineyards is a perfect spot for wine lovers. the guest rooms are charmingly done up in crisp Euro style with huge tiled showers and peaceful views of the vineyards. the staff is welcoming and goes out of their way to serve a great breakfast extra early. Guests can use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, and other delights. the common living room is a great spot to relax and enjoy the unobstructed views of the vineyards from the terrace.
While a wine tasting experience would've been an added bonus, it wasn't available onsite.

Enjoyed the access to the kitchen which allowed us to make our own meals and the friendly staff who were always willing to help.
Disliked the poor quality breakfast which was difficult to locate and lacking in variety. the lack of onsite staff made it difficult to address a few maintenance issues such as early morning noise from mechanics under the bedrooms which disturbed our sleep.

The room was lovely and the bathroom was excellent. The lounge area provided stunning views and was a peaceful escape. The staff, especially the ladies who prepared breakfast, were welcoming and made me feel at home. I also appreciated being able to use the laundry facilities during my 7-week trip. I would highly recommend this property for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was an amazing experience. The room was beautifully-appointed, with a spectacular view of the surrounding countryside. The breakfast was a real highlight, with a wide variety of tasty treats on offer, including freshly-baked bread and croissants, and fresh fruit.
The lack of signage and lighting in the area around the hotel. It made it difficult to find the property after dark, particularly when returning from a day out exploring the local area.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
